In January 2022, i-capital successfully completed the sale of the majority stake in the Invitel Group to M+ Group.
The Invitel Group, headquartered in Helmstedt, operates under three brands across more than 16 locations in Germany. With over 45 years of combined communications experience, the group is a leading provider of process services in Germany. Its comprehensive portfolio covers a wide range of inbound and outbound services, tailored specifically to individual project requirements.
M+ Group, based in Zagreb, Croatia, is owned by private investors and pension funds. It is a leading independent provider of Business Process and Technology Outsourcing (BPTO) services in Southeastern Europe. The acquisition of the Invitel Group creates one of the largest BPTO providers in Germany and significantly expands M+ Group’s customer base in the German market.
