On Thursday, April 26, 2018, Torben Seikowsky, Managing Director of i-capital GmbH, followed up on his 2015 presentation on “Joint Ventures Abroad – Practical Experience.” At this year’s M&A Forum hosted by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Hanover, in media partnership with M&A Review, he spoke about current trends in the M&A market.
In addition to Torben Seikowsky, Dr. Klaus Schieble of the Maschmeyer Group—well-known from the Sat.1 TV show “Start Up”—spoke on the topic “Founders vs. Investors: When Two Worlds Collide.” Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH also delivered presentations on recent case law, practical insights into M&A, and the sale of business units.
