In September 2020, i-capital successfully completed the sale of 100% of the shares in the Hesch Group (consisting of Hesch Schröder GmbH, Hesch Industrieelektronik GmbH, and the operating real estate) to Axxeron Technologies GmbH, advised by M&A boutique JB Business Consulting, Münster. The shares were sold by founder and sole shareholder, Mr. Walter Schröder.
i-capital guided the shareholder throughout the entire sales process, successfully managing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g., reduced banking capacities, suspension of in-person meetings). In cooperation with Luther, i-capital conducted intensive yet pragmatic and effective negotiations with the buyer.
As part of the i-unit group, i-capital has provided the Hesch Group with long-standing strategic advisory support.
The Hesch Group, headquartered in Neustadt am Rübenberge, is a system provider of measuring and control devices for selected industries.
