Effective April 1, 2024, i-capital has successfully completed the acquisition of the business operations of Jobline Personaldienstleistung GmbH, which is currently undergoing insolvency proceedings, by Alpha Division GmbH. Alpha Division GmbH will continue to operate the company as Jobline GmbH. Previously, the Braunschweig Local Court had opened insolvency proceedings and appointed Tobias Hartwig as insolvency administrator. The buyer was successful in a competitive bidding process involving several bidders. In close cooperation with Mr. Hartwig, the entire sale process was completed within one month.
Jobline Personaldienstleistung is a well-known regional staffing agency based in Braunschweig. The company’s services include temporary staffing, permanent placement, and social media recruiting. The company primarily places candidates and employees in the following positions: warehouse logistics assistants, production assistants, forklift drivers, and unskilled workers. Its customers include over 100 companies from various industries, particularly the automotive and logistics sectors. With around 90 employees, the company most recently generated sales of around €1.8 million.
Alpha Division GmbH is a specialist in temporary staffing based in Lippstadt and employs around 80 people. The company was founded by Artur and Alfiia Witenbach in 2021. Its customers come from various industries, including well-known automotive suppliers.
With the takeover of the business operations and around 30 qualified employees, Alpha Division GmbH is strengthening its presence in Braunschweig. They offer great potential for existing customers, especially in the automotive and logistics sectors. In addition, the new customers acquired will also contribute to the continued success of Alpha Division GmbH.
