In November 2021, i-capital successfully completed the sale of the main assets of the Hoffmann Group (Hoffmann Autovermietung + Hoffmann Fahrzeugservice) to Allround Autovermietung GmbH and Mr. Emile Weisner.
The Hoffmann Group, headquartered in the central List district of Hanover, is a family-run business that has established itself as the leading vehicle rental company in the Hanover region over the past 70 years. Its extensive product and service portfolio for private and commercial customers covers a wide range of vehicle types (cars, trucks, buses, trailers, and special vehicles) for long-term and short-term rental with a comprehensive service approach.
ALLROUND Autovermietung, headquartered in Berlin, is also a family-owned company that has built up a fleet of around 1,100 vehicles over the past 40 years and operates eight rental stations and in-house workshops in Berlin, Leipzig, and Augsburg. With the acquisition of the Hoffmann Group, ALLROUND Autovermietung now gains established access to the attractive North German market and reaches the next stage of expansion.
