Röhrs GmbH has taken over a new location in Soltau.
Röhrs Industrieanlagen GmbH, formerly Hoffmeier Engineering GmbH, took over 105 employees of the Europe-wide assembly and plant engineering company Röhrs AG at its new location in Soltau with effect from November 1, 2016, as part of an asset deal. With this acquisition, the Hoffmeier Group is expanding its area of expertise to include over 40 years of experience in the fields of industrial assembly, industrial services, plant and apparatus engineering throughout Europe. The transaction was accompanied by i-capital GmbH as M&A advisor (lead: Torben Seikowsky, Christian Stahl) and by Dr. jur. Rainer Eckert – with the support of Michael Schütte – as administrator of the assets of Röhrs AG and the law firm Brinkmann & Partner as legal counsel to the management board.
